You want to know how to "detox"? Take care of your damn liver, kidneys, and other organs whose job is just that. Do all the healthy things your doctors recommend (as good as a diet as you can manage, try to squeeze in exercise wherever you can, drink plenty of water, moderation is key with lots of things, and don't forget to get some fresh air) and you'll be fine, my people.
